Fireworks Permit
You must fill out a fireworks permit application and provide a copy of your liability insurance on the property you are shooting them on.This must be presented
to the Howard County Board of Supervisors at one of their regular meetings in advance to you wanting to shoot the fireworks off.

If you wish to obtain a permit, please provide the required documents to the Howard County Auditor’s Office at 137 N Elm St Cresco, IA 52136 So this may be added to the Howard County Board of Supervisors agenda.The deadline for adding items to the Howard County Board of Supervisors agenda is on Fridays by 2:30 p.m. to be acted upon at the following weeks meetings.
